The Research Core requires multiple Fragments to be scanned from within the game world, using the
Scanner, to unlock the Research Core (Green) tech (science - PT SIERRA - T1). The tech can be researched using
Research Core 480nm (Blue) (160x) and 320 MJ.

Research Core 520nm (Green) is used to unlock technologies from the research tree. It is the third research core found and craftable in the game and replaces the
Research Core 480nm (Blue) after unlocking PT Sierra as you progress up the tree.
